2007 US Construction Railroad Views

The crane building at Odair had a crane in it at this time.
We had an hour to wait for the laser light show to start this summer so I walked over and looked at the tunnel. I wonder if something like this has ever been turned into a venue or event space.
The tunnel appears to be just north on the Coulee Dam TownHall. Is that correct?
