1979 Othello Yard Office Scene

Courtesy of Blair Kooistra.

Blair says:

"I call this photo "the Interrogation". This was made in Othello's yard office while mechanics across the track welded a patch in the transmission pan of my 1975 Monte Carlo. Suffice it to say I encountered a rock while chasing trains at Corfu.

Anyway, after many years on the railroad myself, I'd say the guy in the middle either has juicy gossip or his fellow rails are displeased with something and need it corrected.

Any names to the photo would be appreciated."

After posting this to a Milwaukee Road based page on Facebook, these are the names that came out:

"Neil Morgan sitting.Bob Russel standing to Neil's right...others unknown."

"The guy standing up with the hat is Danny Felton."

"Maybe Joe Audo with the cap on."
