Coulee City Area Rock Oven?

Rumored to exist near the intersection of SR17 and US2 on the hill. I had someone take me out to see what we could see. Not much, really. Kind of a non-descript pile of rocks. Could it be?
Looks to me to be a rattlesnake hotel.
