Love this map. I have walked most of the old alignment and have often wondered what the bridges looked like. They must have been impressive! Are there any photos of those bridges? Wasn't there another bridge just below Trinidad, right after it crossed Hwy 28?
Yes, totally agree! The Lynch Coulee bridge must have been amazing, I have stood on the old grade on both sides looking across at the other side, trying to imagine what it looked like.

Photos of the bridges through here are scarce. The big one in the loop over Lynch Coulee just above Trinidad proper is my holy grail!
