Eastern Washington Gateway Passenger Special
Board of Directors meeting was to be held after an inspection trip of the line on September 24, 2015.
WRIX 8319 was providing power for the trip, with the WRIX 3000 along to provide additional seating. Note that the exhaust stack on the 3000 is capped. Bruce Butler at the throttle.
