This site features daily historical railroad posts from the Big Bend/Columbia Plateau region of Washington state. As a personal site, this is my online filing cabinet of interesting things I've come across about railroading in the area. Thanks for stopping by! Shoutout to Kirtus Dolorina for stopping by to borrow other people's work!

Mansfield Branch Extension?
Composite maps from 1918 and 1920 showing an extension of the Mansfield branch to a point near Rex. I can't confirm if it was officially surveyed.
There seems to be a bit of difference in the material the mapmakers were working with at the point on the map near Nelson, but things matched up quite nicely further north, not shown.
