This site features daily historical railroad posts from the Big Bend/Columbia Plateau region of Washington state. As a personal site, this is my online filing cabinet of interesting things I've come across about railroading in the area.
I know it's easy to grab an image from here and post it elsewhere, like Steve Renfrow does, but if you do, could you at least give this site a little credit?

Puget Sound, Spokane, International Railroad Co?
From the "Grant County Daily Journal," Ephrata, WA
In trying to help solve that puzzle, I discovered another related piece of the puzzle concerning a Bellingham to Spokane route similar, if not related: https://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B-KLCSQAa-15NGY5N2ZmZWEtYzczNC00NDQ3LTkxNDMtNzIzY2Q4MThiMGUz&hl=en

Bruce Cheever's 1949 thesis, "The Development of Railroads in the State of Washington 1860 to 1948" does not list this name.

Cheever does list the one you named, and mentioned it was to be an electric railway. He says it was never constructed. Date of 1911.
Hmm...
