This interesting map highlights a few interesting things. One is the proposed Ritzville Cut-Off that bypasses the big loop down to Pasco. Second is the extension of the Central Washington Branch from Coulee City to meet up with the Cut-Off. Third is the other extension of the CW from Coulee City to the north.
