And in 2020, the Trump admin rolls back industrial safety safety and disaster regulations which had been established in response to the 2013 fertilizer explosion in West, Texas. (See Google earth 2020 images for debris never cleaned up and homes never rebuilt. This was a much smaller (55 tons vs. 2900 tons.) At the same time, coal exec Wheeler of the EPA rolls back the Chemical Disaster Rule covering transport of LNG in tankcars. Think about the 1973 Kingman, AZ propane tankcar BLEVE the next time one of those tank cars rolls thru downtown Puyallup.
