On Friday march 4th, 2016...West Bound Columbia Basin Freight slugs up grade from Connell, Washington as it weaves its way out of the coulee's to get to the high plateau country and heads for it's home terminal at Warden, Washington... 3 SD-9's powered this train, led by former MRL # 608, and boy let me tell you ... it was cool... hadn't heard 3 SD-9's in notch seven or eight in years.... and the sun was out to make it even better.... Man I love those Eastern Washington Short lines.
