It's interesting to see on google maps that you can still see the basic lay of the wye track on Rainier St, north of Hwy 2. So, when the tracks headed to Douglas, did they cross over Hwy 2 and continue in on the south side? I drive through there frequently and I'm always trying to figure out the route they used. Obviously not much left of the grade to see.
