Rock Island Plymouth Difference Of Decades

Current day photos were taken at Rock Island Dam, where the engine resides.
There is a small change there was more than one Plymouth during the construction season of the dam.
Wow, look at that little gem! Any plans on restoration, looks like it's pretty much intact still, and in rust free condition. Note the hand crank to start it, lol! Don't see that on too many locos!
