Piling for Grand Coulee Dam in Ditch

From the “Spokane Chronicle.”

1-19 1935

Fire carloads of sheet piling, en route to the dam site, went into the ditch yesterday at Hansen, near Almira on the Northern Pacific. A split rail was said to be the cause. A passenger train on the branch, going to Spokane, also was held up by the wreck.
