Coulee City For The County Seat

Nearly 20 years ago I proposed the idea of cutting up northern Grant and eastern Douglas counties, combining them with Lincoln County, and moving the county seat to Coulee City as a cost saving measure back when Lincoln and Douglas Counties were having financial problems. Still think it's a good idea.....
