"Just east of Novara, Wash., bridge EE222 1/2 was nearly destroyed on December 30, 1976 when a tanker truck coming down the grade on SR 17 lost control and overturned just shy of the west pillar. An on-coming truck (on the right) ended up the in the ditch as well. If you look very closely at the bridge, on the extreme right side you'll barely make out the Milwaukee Road logo."
