Christening The First Train To Grand Coulee
This postcard view shows part of the opening ceremonies, on July 29, 1935,of the railroad used to haul in construction supplies to the Grand Coulee damsite.
Then Washington Governor, Clarence Martin, is the fellow dressed up as the engineer.
