Rumor of the NP Building From Coulee City to the Columbia

The Big Bend Empire says that it learns that the Northern Pacific is to be extended from Coulee City to the Columbia River. That already the NP realizes that the trade is being diverted from their road to Coulee City by the Great Northern.
