There were 2 adjacent line changes, connecting at the old location of Crater. The one to the west, which saw the building of Tunnel 11.1 and removal of all the spectacular trestles through Lynch Coulee, happened in 1909. The other, to the east, went as far as the current siding at Quincy, and happened in the late 1950s, though I cannot find an AFE for it in the above linked archives.
