I thought this 1981 video of a grain elevator in Canada was very interesting. Not Big Bend area, per se, but it shows what all those country elevators used to do when taking grain and shipping it out.
It's of a Canadian operation, but I certainly enjoyed the look back in time.

Very cool video of the inner workings of a grain elevator and all that goes with it. From a modeling perspective, this could be used to prototype your model railroad!
