Allen says, "For a week, or so, after the fire, the operators worked out of a caboose for the depot. Then this 10'x30' modified Class D-1 portable depot was placed in service. The employees jokingly referred to it as the "chicken coop." Note the Corfu school building down below the railroad, where the town was located."
