This popped up on Ebay 2 weeks ago. It answers a lot of questions I had about the company. This is the entire front side.

A little bit about the Mohawk Block was passed to me by Vern and Carrie Berg:
"The Mohawk Block was between Stevens and Howard St. and the brochure says the address is on Riverside 424 Block, that is a 1/2 block away from the 500 block, in which the building was situated."
